Leith Beers

The port of Leith has a proud history of brewing. In 1749, Leith gave Scotland one of its most-famous beer brands, Younger’s. But by 1986, with the closure of The Argyle Brewery, brewing in Leith had ended.

Fast forward to the 2020s however and Leith can once again lay claim to being a brewing powerhouse, it's now home to four of Edinburgh's craft breweries: Pilot, Campervan, Newbarns and Moonwake.
