Put simply these are the beers that built Edinburgh's craft breweries.
Every brewery has their signature beer, the brew they are known for and their reputations are staked upon. These are those beers from 11 of Edinburgh breweries.
The final 12 can goes to another beer from Stewart Brewing because they kicked off Edinburgh's brewing renaissance back in 2003. Once a suitable beer from Vault City Brewing rolls off their new canning line that will be added to make 12 cans from 12 capital breweries.
The current line up is as follows...
Pilot Blond Session IPA, Campervan Leith Juice IPA, Bellfield Lawless Village IPA, Edinburgh Beer Factory Paolozzi unfiltered lager, Stewart Brewing Radical Road IPA and Craft Lager, Moonwake IPA, Vault City seasonal sour, Cold Town Lager, Newbarns Pale Ale, Cross Borders Braw Tropical Pale, Barney's Volcano IPA
